Personal Injury
in Denver
If you’ve been in a car accident or any other accident, you may feel sore, stiff, or just “off,” even if nothing was broken. Pain and tension often show up days or weeks later, while you are also dealing with insurance and legal questions.
Clear, Documented Care After an Accident
Your first visit includes a detailed consultation and exam to see how the crash affected your body. Dr. Coleman Pannell will check your spine, joints, and soft tissues, and may recommend imaging to better understand underlying injuries. From these findings, he creates a personalized care plan, including visit frequency and types of care. Throughout treatment, every finding and change is carefully documented to support both your health and your legal case.

Conditions and Symptoms We Commonly See After an Accident
Personal injury accidents are common:
- Neck pain
- Mid and low back pain or disc issues
- Headaches, migraines, and concussion-related neck tension
- Shoulder, hip, and knee sprains or strains
- Numbness, tingling, or weakness in the arms or legs
Many patients also have muscle tightness and soft tissue damage that do not appear on standard X-rays.
Working With Your Attorney and Insurance
Our office coordinates with attorneys and insurance adjusters, sending records and reports as needed and providing a complete file when your care is finished. At your first visit, you will complete personal injury paperwork in the office, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Duties Under Duress forms, and a medical lien if appropriate. We typically do not manage workers’ compensation claims.
What to Expect From Personal Injury Care
Your care plan may include gentle chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression for disc and nerve irritation, Class IV laser therapy to support tissue repair, and acoustic shockwave therapy to address scar tissue. Your progress is rechecked regularly.
